Job Summary: As a Shuttle Driver, you will support our operations by transporting products and materials between Neuco's facility locations. This role is critical to maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring timely movement of goods within our organization and to fulfill order for our customers. Starting Wage: $21-25/hour.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate company shuttle vehicles to transport products, materials, and equipment between internal locations.
- Load and unload items safely, ensuring proper handling and secure transport.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and cargo details.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations.
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and documentation as needed.
- Keep shuttle vehicle clean and organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to provide a valid DOT medical certificate.
- Proficient in English for safe and effective operation of commercial motor vehicles.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be a good communicator, this job requires proficient personal and technology-based communication.
- Conscientious and proactive with their work.
- Experience operating pallet jacks, motorized pallet jack, and other industrial lifting equipment.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience operating commercial or industrial vehicles.
- Forklift certification or experience.
Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Tier 1 Help Desk Technicians to join our IT support team. These roles are critical to maintaining business continuity and improving service delivery across our multi-location organization. Technicians will provide front-line support for hardware, software, and account-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and a positive user experience. Wage range: $24-30/hour, commensurate with experience and certifications.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond to help desk tickets related to password resets, software troubleshooting, and basic hardware issues
- Provide same-day support coverage for both office and distribution center locations
- Document and escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk operations
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to cross-train and support multiple locations
- Experience in mixed operating system environments is preferred
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail are highly preferred
- Network+ and Security+ are bonus points
