A/MON6" - The A/M2.5 A/M4" and A/M8" thermowells are made of 304 stainless steel to ensure long lasting reliability and stability. The wells are machined from solid bar stock using the most modern CNC machines. The bore is smoot tru accurately centere and precisely sized for 0.250" O.D probes. The thermowells are machined from one piece of stainless steel to avoid the weak point inherent in a weld. The well will be able to withstand rapid temperature changes without any degradation in its' mechanical structure. The precision bore gives excellent thermal conductivity from the well to the temperature sensor. If preferre thermal grease may be used with all of the thermowells. ACI offers the thermal grease in both a silicone and non-silicone compound. The silicone compound is available in a 8 oz. tube and the non-silicone compound is available in a 2 oz. tube.  The ACI Thermowell Series is covered by ACI's Five (5) Year Limited Warranty.

A/MSCS - The A/MCS and A/MSCS are miniature ?Go/No Go? current status switches designed to replace relays in most applications. These switches are small in statur allowing for tight installations. The output of the A/MCS and the A/MSCS current switches functions as a N/O switc activated by the amount of sensed AC current. The output of these switches uses a N/O solid-state switch (more reliable than a relay) and is non-polarity sensitive. These units perform in any application where the amount of AC current flow is sufficient to indicate the operating status of the sensed load. The A/MCS and A/MSCS Series are covered by ACI's Five (5) Year Limited Warranty. ACI fixed current status switches are designed for HVAC Building Automation or industrial systems.  Typical applications include: go/no g direct drive fan pump heating element critical motor and lighting circuits. Rated up to 150 Amps
